General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • portal added between site address and index.php

My Joomla! 4.4.6 Stable
I don't know when but I notised that in my all links word "portal" added between site address and index.php

The problem that today I can't add neither sigplus link or simple html link in my website.

- SIMPLE html link, other above sigplus gallery links are working good. In editor I see images under 15 item.
