General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • 403 on mobiles

Hey,

Im taking back a Joomla project ( Im not the author ).

I dont know since when and how but it seems like the website runs a 403 whenever on mobiles but works on computers.

I never used Joomla before in my life before, how can I solve this issue ?

I dont even know where I can find logs.
